Article Preparation Guidelines
- Cover Letter/ Declaration Letter: Authors are informed to provide cover letter or declaration letter along with the submission of their research work. In the cover letter manuscript title, co author’s information, and their contact details need to add with official or institutional address, telephone, fax and email address. Cover letter should state that the article is submitted with the permission of co- authors and the research work is original and not submitted/ published elsewhere with other publishers.
- Title Page: The title page should contain title of the article, author’s information with institutional addresses and email addresses.
- Abstract: Abstract should be included with back ground of research work, results and conclusions. Abstract should be precise and short, should not exceed 350 words.
- Keywords: 3-10 can be included as keywords that representing the main content of the article.
- List of Abbreviations: If abbreviations are used in the text they should be defined in the text at first use, and a list of abbreviations should be provided.
- Background/ Introduction: The Background section should explain the background to the study, its aims, a summary of the existing literature and why this study was necessary.
- Materials and Methods: This section includes the aim, methodology and protocol of the research study.
- Results: This should include the findings and outputs of the study including results of statistical analysis which can be added as either in the text or as tables and figures.
- Discussion: For research articles this section has to converse the inference of the research findings in perspective of existing research and limitations of the study. This section also includes a discussion of any practical or operational issues involved while performing the study and any issues not enclosed in other sections.
- Conclusions: This section has to state the conclusions and present description of the importance and relevance of the study to the field.
- Declarations: Manuscripts reporting studies involving human participants, human data or human tissue must include the Ethics approval and consent to participate, i.e.
Include a statement of ethics approval and consent
- Include the name of the ethics committee that approved the study and the committee’s reference number if appropriate Studies involving animals must include a statement on ethics approval.
- Note: If your manuscript does not involve the use of any animal or human data or tissue, this section is not applicable to your submission. Please declare “Not applicable” in this section.
- Competing Interests: All financial and non-financial competing interests must be stated in this section.
- Funding Information: All sources of funding for the research reported should be declared in this section.
- Authors' Contributions: The individual contribution of authors to the manuscript has to precise in this section.
- Acknowledgements: You could acknowledge the people who contributed to the article in this section, who provided professional writing services or materials etc.
- References Format: References can be added at the bottom of the article.

- Preparing Figures:
- Figures should be provided as separate files, not embedded in the main manuscript file.
- Figures should be numbered in the order.
- Figure keys should be incorporated into the graphic, not into the legend of the figure.
- Please note that it is the responsibility of the author(s) to obtain permission from the copyright holder to reproduce figures (or tables) that have previously been published elsewhere.
- Preparing Tables:
- Tables should be provided as separate files, not embedded in the main manuscript file.
- Each table must have a descriptive title and should be numbered; the numbers should be included in the column heading.
- Tables should NOT be submitted as figures but should be included in the main manuscript file.
